Sinead Cassandra

 

Half doll Cassandra is dress in this lovely pattern from
 Belle Bambole
which is called Sinead Cassandra.
This pattern uses
2 x hanks of white beads
2 x hanks of light grey
1 x hank of dark grey beads
1 x hank of black beads
1/3 x hank of silver beads
1 x ball of perle 8,White cotton
2 x balls of perle 8,Grey cotton
1 x ball of perle 8,Black cotton.

Bev's Half Doll


Bev Barker of Launceston chose the elegant doll Dorothea,
dressing her in a pattern by
Beryl Minter called Bridget in Blue.

Bev chose bead no.587T for the main colour with 
Presencia cotton no.4059.
 Bead no.691 for the contrast teamed
 with D.M.C. cotton 818.
This pattern takes 2 hanks beads
 for the main colour
and 2 1/2 hanks beads for the contrast.
4 Balls of cotton(2 for each colour bead)

Harvest In the Hunter


 This beautiful half doll is call Harvest in the Hunter,she is dressed by my dear friend Connie Eaton of Bridgenorth in Tasmania.The doll is one of the largest half doll's and stands 16cm ( 6 inches) and when dress is 28cm (11 inches).
 This doll has a beautiful face,and I am sure you would agree she is a delight.
Pattern by Anlaby Designs called
Harvest In The Hunter.
Pattern uses 4 x hanks of beads
2 x balls of perle 8 cotton.

Cotton D.M.C. variegated no.93
