Mary Mary Dressed In Pink


Mary was dressed by Dot Wells of Devonport.
Skirt comes from Anlaby Designs,and is called Stephaine.
Dot choose bead no 195-TA.
 Cotton no 605,from the D.M.C colour range,
which complimented the beads beautifully.
This pattern takes 1 hank of beads.
1 x Ball of cotton.

Sophie's Elegant Evening Dress


Sophie is dressed in a lovely A line evening skirt.
I love how the  frills of beads cascade down the back of the skirt,adding a touch of sophistication.
Delys Murphy of Alberton S.A. is the proud owner of this sweet doll,who choose the beads no.599T and D.M.C. cotton no.550. 
The pattern is from Little People In Porcelain.

Half Doll's Dorothea and Wendy


Dorothea and Wendy were dressed
 by Margaret Grubb of Devonport (Tas)
 Dorothea's lovely dress gives the air of romantic bygone days.
Margaret has used bead no 737-AB with D.M.C.cotton no.356.
Pattern used is called Fifi and Lizzi
by Anlaby Designs.
This pattern uses 5 x hanks of Beads and 2 x balls of Perle 8 cotton.

Fifi and Lizzie Pattern

Tip
Fif and Lizzi Pattern has a very large waist and needed 20 stitches removed.
The decrease over 4 rows method was used.
Dorothea's skirt was then finished with a ribbon waist band.
Instructions for this waist band and the decrease over 4 rows method can be found in the tutorials.
Wendy's knitted waist band can also be 
found on the tutorials page.


Beaded Skirt for Half Doll Sadie


Sadie is dressed by Bev Barker of Newnham Launceston.
Bev has used bead no.764 with D.M.C. cotton 813.
The pattern comes from Little People in Porcelain and is called Dorothy and Sophie,although this pattern is quick and easy to knit,it always carries an air of  elegance.
This pattern uses 1 x hank of beads and 1 x ball of Perle 8 cotton.

Half Doll Cathrine Free Pattern

Coral Howe designed this cute little Flower girl dress for Cathrine.
 Coral had knitted the Wedding pattern from Anlaby Design's,but the pattern was missing a flower girl.
As you can see from the bottom photo,the wedding photo wouldn't have been the same without our little Flower Girl Cathrine.
