This beautiful blue evening dress has been knitted by Jenny Weeks of Sassafrass (Tas).

with a Presencia cotton no.2720
This dress has a lovely shawl neckline with a beautiful train at the back of the dress.
Jenny has added an organza rose to the neckline.As well as adding a trim of gold beads no.454-7 which run around the neckline,meeting at the back to form a bow,with ends which cascaded down the back of the dress and over the train.
I do think that this trim has added a special detail to this dress.
This pattern uses 3 x hanks of beads
with 2 x balls of Perle 8 cotton.
